MBA recruiting events at Booth offer the opportunity to introduce your company to Booth students and build relationships with prospective interns and employees.
Ideal for companies that are especially well known to students, Information Sessions are 60-minute events that feature just one company. Your event can include a presentation and time for questions. In-person events also provide opportunities to network with students.
For the 2024鈥�25 academic year, we'll offer both in-person and virtual information sessions. Held over the lunch hour or in the evening, information sessions allow you to share content on your organization and employment opportunities.
If you include a presentation during your in-person event, we encourage you to keep it short to focus on networking. The goal is to find innovative ways for students to learn about your firm and make a personal connection.
For virtual information sessions, we suggest you focus on content that can鈥檛 easily be found online, including details on the recruiting process for the roles you鈥檙e seeking to fill.

Typically held in Harper Center's second-floor corridor or virtually, these sessions give recruiters and company representatives a chance to chat informally with students. Students sign up in advance and come prepared to learn more about the company and ask questions.

Pre-Interview nights give you the chance to interact informally with students in advance of their formal job or internship interview. They also give students the chance to ask questions and show you a different side of themselves. These events are generally held off campus, but we can also assist with virtual events. Summer is a great time to build relationships with rising second-year 91吃瓜网 students, and one of the best ways to do that is to host an event for Booth interns in your area. We’re happy to help advertise your event to students.

Ready to schedule your corporate event? , our recruiting portal, find the Recruiting Requests tab, and follow the steps to add a request. If you have questions, reach out to your relationship manager or contact our Employer Relations team.
The booking process begins in early May for the following academic year. If you are hosting campus interviews, we recommend that you host your campus event at least four weeks prior to your interview date. To learn more about scheduling, see the Recruiting Calendar.
Now that you've scheduled your recruiting event, it's time to promote it鈥攁nd we can help. We're happy to post your event on the Booth calendar and event monitors, and to include it in our weekly student newsletters. You can also promote your event through targeted outreach to students using our free online resume database. To request access to our resume databases, . Requests are generally approved within 24 hours, and access is free of charge.
In-person campus recruiting events take place at the Charles M. Harper Center on our Hyde Park campus. If you would like to distribute materials at your in-person event, you may send them to us at the address below. Please send no more than five boxes of materials, and make sure they will arrive at least a week in advance. Please note this service is not available for virtual recruiting events.
