Campus interviews with students in our Full-Time MBA, Evening MBA, and Weekend MBA Programs typically take place in October for full-time jobs and in January for internships.

If you’d like to conduct virtual interviews or schedule interviews at other times of the year, please contact your relationship manager.

Scheduling campus interviews is handled through . Here’s how to get started.

Step 1: Submit a Campus Recruiting Request

First, let us know that you’d like to recruit at Booth. To submit your request, , and find the Recruiting Requests tab. From there, you can specify whether you want to interview candidates for internships or full-time jobs, as well as designate your scheduling preferences.

Step 2: Submit a Job Description

To let students know about the position you鈥檙e looking to fill, , find the Campus Interviews tab, and enter your job description. Please include details such as application procedures and your work authorization preferences.

Step 3: Build Your Invitation List

Once your application deadline has passed, you can to review the applications for your position. Identify which applicants you鈥檇 like to interview, and submit your invitation list in GTS through the Invite List tab under Campus Interviews. We recommend that you also submit a list of alternate candidates in case not all of the students on your list accept your invitation.

Step 4: Check the Interview Schedule

Your preliminary schedule will be posted in GTS at least a week before your interview date, and the final schedule and resumes will be available two business days in advance. to access schedules.

Step 5: Schedule Second-Round Interviews

If you would like to invite selected candidates back for a second round of interviews, please give students at least three days notice and at least two date options. We also strongly encourage you to host second-round interviews in Chicago or virtually if at all possible to support our students in balancing their academic, recruiting, and personal commitments.

91吃瓜网 gives you access to the world鈥檚 top MBA talent. Our complimentary job posting service is available year-round through GTS. Companies can post open positions to this database, which can only be viewed by Booth students and alumni.

Interview Logistics

Campus interviews take place at the Charles M. Harper Center on our Hyde Park campus. During your interview day, a concierge will be available to help with logistical needs such as printing or copying files, and contacting students. You will also have access to a lounge where breakfast and lunch are provided.

For employers interested in conducting virtual interviews or events, Booth provides space for students to take interviews from campus and can assist in coordinating event schedules. Please contact your relationship manager for additional details.
